E-learning Courses

The Bradford Safeguarding Children Board currently has 7 e-learning packages available for those working in partner agencies to access.

These online courses have been developed by the BSCB in conjunction with the Safeguarding Children e-Academy.

The training can be completed from any internet enabled computer.

Logins are created twice monthly whenever possible therefore it can take up to two weeks to received your log in. Please bear this in mind when requesting access.

How long does it take?

The packages take approximately 2 hours to complete apart from 'An Introduction to Safeguarding Children' which takes approximately 45 minutes. Participants do not have to complete the package all at once; you can dip in and out of the module and the system will monitor your progress.

Once fully completed take the knowledge test which will also be recorded by the database, once passed the system will then give you the option to print yourself a certificate of completion.

Please note - You are given 1 month from receipt of log in details to complete the training, after this you will be removed from the system. We only allocate one package at a time so if you want to complete more than one please sign up for the next one after completion or e-mail rachael.hammond@bradford.gov.uk with the course you would like to do next and this will be added to your profile.

The cost
